            BHADRAJ TEMPLE             



Bhadraj temple is made by granite which was constructed during Dwapar Yug after the Mahabharata. It is dedicated to Lord Bal Bhadra (Balram) who was the brother of Lord Krishna. It is located at the distance of nearly 14km from the queen of hills Mussoorie, at the height of 7500ft.    
Every year a  3 days fair takes place here during which lots of devotees come here for blessings and performing religious rituals and offer milk, ghee, and butter to lord Bal Bhadra.
Apart from the devout place it also fascinate lots of trekking devotees towards its charming view full of tranquility and the best place to experience a finest sunset and sunrise and capture it in your camera and memory for a lifetime.
During trek this you will pass through jungle and mountains full of greenery and can experience singing of birds. Its top view provides bird’s eye view to Jaunsar, Chakrata, doon valley any Himalayan summit.
You can reach here by whatever mode you want whether trekking or by vehicles. It has different routes.

CLIMATIC CONDITION

Temperature is normal but  yes during winter it cold  and TEMPERATURE MAY WARY FROM -10 DEGREE TO 20 DEGREE IN WINTER AND  5 DEGREE TO 30 degrees in summer.

TRAVEL TIPS

·         Do carry tents/shelter with you a there is no place/hotels to stay in.
·         Do carry enough food as there is no shops nearby temple and takes care of water during trekking.
·         Carry a good stock of warm as temperature my wary especially at night.

·         You will not find any hotels nor tents. You will have to carry your own.
